You'll wait about 6 months but at least its a (semi) transparent process. You simply cannot get that out of Porsche and that is frustrating. Porsche basically just tells you, "you're on the list" and then it's a black box.
Hey guys, New to Porsche. Just reached out to a dealership in Toronto to inquire about a 911 Carrera S. They said $5k deposit, build it and it will be delivered in 3 years.

For those of you that have ordered a 992 turbo s, how long did your delivery take? I’ve been on a waiting list for an allocation at my local dealer supposedly 1st on the list. Since July and still haven’t got an open build slot to officially place my order.
